SmartphonesReview is operated by Greenflower Capital LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data — in plain English.

What we collect

• Automatic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and never sells your data. It records aggregate page-view counts, browser type, and country.
• Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter. We use it only to send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• Contact-form submissions. When you email us via the contact form, we receive your name, email, topic, and message. We use this only to reply to you and never share it with retailers or manufacturers.

Cookies

SmartphonesReview itself does not set any cookies. Third-party scripts (Google AdSense, when enabled) may set advertising cookies; you can disable them in your browser or via Google's ad-personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

Third-party services

• Google AdSense. Serves contextual advertising. Subject to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Affiliate retailers. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) receives standard referral information. We never share your data with them beyond the click itself.
• Cloudflare. Provides hosting + analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your rights

If you're in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA): you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of sale of personal information (we don't sell any, but the right exists). Email privacy@smartphonesreview.com for any data request — we respond within 30 days.

Opt out of ad personalization: visit adssettings.google.com or use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, we update the "last updated" date above and post a note on the homepage for at least 30 days. Trivial wording changes (typos, link updates) don't trigger a notice.
